BERNER Omnichannel Trading Holding SE is seeking a results-driven professional to drive warehousing excellence across locations. You will identify, develop, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and performance, while defining global standards, policies, and KPIs to ensure consistency and compliance.

You will analyze performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor in Economics and/or Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics operations, performance management, and process standardization.
• Experience developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics systems such as SAP, WMS, Power BI, or similar solutions.

• Define, maintain, and harmonize global warehousing standards, policies, operating procedures, and best practices across all locations.
• Establish and manage KPI frameworks to monitor operational performance, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze warehousing performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process and efficiency through lean projects.
• Support logistics transformation and digitalization initiatives, including optimization of systems such as WMS & ERP.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor in Economics and/or Logistics or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics operations, performance management, and process standardization.
• Experience developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics systems such as SAP, WMS, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English & German, further language skills advantageous
