Job summary

BERNER Group is seeking an experienced Transportation/Logistics specialist to coordinate inbound and inter-distribution center movements, manage transport orders, and ensure on-time delivery. You will evaluate carriers, handle tenders, and negotiate contracts while optimizing costs in a multinational setting.

Fluency in English and German is required, with opportunities for professional growth in a technically advanced workplace and attractive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation planning, execution, and carrier management.
• Experience with transportation tenders, provider selection, and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and related technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities
