Job summary

BERNER Omnichannel Trading Holding SE in Germany seeks a Senior Logistics Process Architect to design and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across inbound, warehousing, inventory, replenishment, outbound, transportation and reverse logistics.

You will develop the global Logistics Process Architecture and Target Operating Model to support growth, ensure integration with ERP, WMS and TMS, lead cross-functional workshops, and drive digital transformation while maintaining governance and

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor of Arts in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Several years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Process Excellence, or Business Process Design, ideally within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end logistics processes across Inbound, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Outbound, Transportation and Reverse Logistics.
• Proven experience in process architecture, operating model design, and business process standardization across complex organizations.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable process solutions and define business requirements for system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with experience in change & transformation management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills, combined with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive global process governance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global logistics standards, process documentation, governance frameworks, and change management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and (digital) transformation initiatives by identifying process gaps, defining system requirements, and implementing scalable logistics solutions.
• Maintain process documentation, process maps, RACI matrices, governance frameworks and process performance metrics.
