Job summary

Peec AI is seeking an Events Lead to own execution behind all events in Berlin, with expansion across Europe and beyond. You will negotiate venues, manage vendors, leads, and registrations, while coordinating sponsorships and post-event wrap-up.

The role requires exceptional organization, ownership, and fluency in German and English, with a track record of delivering high-impact event experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple events from concept to execution.
• Strong negotiation with venues, caterers and suppliers.
• Excellent project management and follow-through to close out events.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, passes, and travel logistics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors, lock contracts, and shape event setup.
• Build registration pages, manage invites, RSVPs, waitlists and attendee lists.
• Discuss conference sponsorships, pricing and audience sizing with organizers.
• Handle admin: budgets, invoices, exhibitor paperwork, passes, travel.
• Run events on the ground: shipping, setup, staffing, lead capture, content collection, teardown.
• Close out events with debriefs, hand leads to sales, reconcile spend and log pipeline.

Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.

About the role

Events are one of our fastest-growing channels. This quarter alone we're running ten owned events across Berlin, London, Frankfurt and New York, alongside a full conference calendar - dinners, booths, rooftops and fireside chats, all built to put Peec in front of the people shaping how brands show up in AI search.

We're looking for someone to own the execution behind all of it. Our Events Lead shapes the concept and picks the venue; you make it real - the vendors, the guest list, the room, the follow-through.

What You'll Do

• Once the venue is picked, negotiate with vendors, lock the contracts, and shape what people actually walk into

• Fill the room with the right people: build the registration pages, run invites, RSVPs and waitlists, pull target lists from HubSpot, and make sure the names we want are on the door

• Decide where Peec shows up next: talk packages and pricing with conference organisers, size up the audience behind each one, and build the case for the sponsorships we bet on

• Handle the admin behind every event: budgets and invoices, exhibitor paperwork, passes, team travel

• Run events on the ground: shipping, setup, booth staffing, lead capture, content collection, teardown

• Close out every event: debrief completed, leads handed to sales within three working days, spend reconciled, attendance and pipeline logged, so we can tell which formats deserve bigger scale

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional organisation and follow-up

• Comfort picking up the phone: you'll be negotiating with venues, caterers and suppliers

• Calm under moving parts - you'll run several events at different stages at once, and plans change late

• High ownership - you treat an event as yours, not as a task list someone handed you

• Proficiency in German and English

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in event operations, hospitality, agency production or student society organising

• Familiarity with Notion, HubSpot, Luma or similar tooling

• An eye for detail in how a room looks and feels, not just whether it functions
