Peec AI is seeking a Visiting Founders Associate to join the engineering team in Berlin. You’ll be the operational backbone, coordinating and executing compliance work end to end while supporting IT, tooling, onboarding, and internal documentation.

You’ll help engineers focus on building by solving blockers and improving developer experience. The role offers exposure to a fast-growing Series A startup, ownership across teams, and involvement in team rituals and events.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recent graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Self-starter with action bias, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Some experience in a fast-paced environment (internship, working student, or startup).
• Experience with project management, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Background in business, legal, or economics with comfort navigating code bases, docs, and developer tooling.
• Available for at least 3 months and immediately available.

About the role

We're looking for a Visiting Founders Associate to join our engineering team in Berlin. You'll be the operational backbone of the team, running the processes, projects, and internal work that keep everything moving, so our engineers can stay focused on building.

The main piece of the role is our compliance work, which you'll coordinate and execute end to end. Around that sits everything else a fast-growing engineering team needs: internal IT, new tooling, team rituals, onboarding, and being the person the rest of the company comes to when they need something technical explained or unblocked. You'll get wide view of how a startup actually runs.

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• Self-starter with a bias for action, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity

• Some experience in a fast-paced environment (internship, working student role, or a startup)

• Exposure to project management, with several things moving at once and you keeping track of all of them

• A business, legal, or economics background paired with genuine technical comfort. You can find your way around a code base, docs, and developer tooling

• Available for minimum of 3-months
