A leading AI talent acquisition firm in Berlin is seeking a proactive and communicative intern to help build and scale their enterprise sales motion. You will participate in client engagements, support the setup of the AI hiring agent, and enhance the scalability of processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and is fluent in German and English. This hybrid internship offers a chance for a full-time position post-internship.

What you will do

Help build and scale our enterprise sales motion: understand customers’ hiring needs, create compelling business cases and prepare and participate in client engagements.

Support our Value engineers in setting up ama’s AI agent for customers and supporting them to use it

Drive projects to enhance the scalability and efficiency of our processes.

Road‑test new product features, providing essential feedback to product and engineering.

Your background

Duration: 4 to 12 months

Location: Hybrid (Berlin‑based, with up to 20% flexible remote working)
