Reonic is seeking a highly motivated intern to join the Berlin office for 4–6 months. You will dive into new topics, interact with customers daily, and drive the launch of digital products from idea to market.

You will work closely with the co-founders and senior team, gaining hands-on experience in product management, operations, and business strategy in a fast-growing VC-backed startup.

Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You'll Do

• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent, direct client conversations.

• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services - from first idea to market rollout, working closely with the co-founders and senior team.

• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and actively promote, position, and upsell new products and features while iterating based on real-world feedback.

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives - shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
