Aufgaben

• Own early product management and cross-team execution for new initiatives – shaping value propositions, defining MVPs, prioritizing features, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating sales, marketing, and tech for fast, smooth launches.
• Dive quickly into new topics, markets, and customer problems, building deep understanding through frequent client conversations.
• Hands-on drive the launch of new digital products and services – from idea to market rollout, working closely with co-founders and senior team.
• Talk to customers daily to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and promote, position, and upsell new products while iterating based on feedback.
