Get Inca in Berlin is seeking a Venture Development Intern (m/f/d) to join the founders as their operational right hand across Strategy, Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance.

You will tailor the internship to your strengths, choosing tracks in Product & Tech, Sales & GTM, or Operations & Finance, while gaining founder exposure and hands-on experience building a venture-backed AI startup.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Business/Management or a technical field.
• Strong problem-solving ability and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion.

As a Venture Development Intern (m/f/d), you’ll be the operational right hand to our founders (ex BCG-project leaders). You’ll sit at the intersection of Strategy, Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance - helping us to revolutionize the claim management industry.
