Jobtailor, a Berlin-based AI startup, offers a track-based internship tailored to your strengths across product & tech, sales & GTM, and operations & finance. You will work directly with the leadership team and help drive our growth initiatives by translating insights into action.

Ideal candidates are advanced students or recent grads who are comfortable with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion, and who can quickly adapt to new software and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Business/Management (Finance, Economics) or a Technical field (CS, Engineering, Physics).
• Drive. You take charge, think clearly, and execute with sharpness and commitment.
• Tech-affinity: You understand AI concepts and can talk to engineers as easily as you talk to investors.
• Generalist mindset: you switch between topics - one hour you’re analyzing financial spreadsheets, the next you’re optimizing a technical workflow.
• Analytical & structured: you can break down messy problems into data-driven insights and propose a clear solution.
• Digital native: you should be comfortable with Excel/Sheets, CRM tools, and Notion - and eager to adopt new software quickly.
