This 3–6 month full-time internship offers hands-on exposure to sales, pilots, product development, and strategic decision-making while you work directly with the founders.

Remote work is possible during this phase, with Hamburg preferred, and we welcome candidates from across Germany who want to dive into startup building and AI-driven decision platforms.

Qualifikationen

Our Mission

Logenta AI is building an AI-powered decision intelligence platform that enables logistics and supply chain teams to make faster, trusted, data-driven decisions. We transform fragmented operational data into reliable answers, root-cause analyses, and concrete recommendations.

Logenta AI is built within Uplift Ventures, the venturing unit of Jungheinrich AG, which builds and invests in high-growth businesses shaping the future of moving goods. We are currently moving from a validated proof of concept to a customer-ready product, launching our first pilots, winning customers, and preparing Logenta AI for its spin-out.

As our Founder's Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founders and become an integral part of the core team. You will help drive our most important commercial and operational priorities and take ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Sales and customer development. Support the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying prospects to preparing customer meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and next steps. Help sharpen our positioning, customer communication, and commercial approach based on real market feedback.
• Pilot and customer operations. Coordinate internal and external pilots and keep milestones, responsibilities, and deliverables on track. Prepare workshops, structure customer requirements, and ensure that feedback is translated into clear actions for the product and technical teams.
• Founder support and venture execution. Work directly with the founders on the topics that matter most to the venture. Take ownership of strategic and operational workstreams, prepare decision materials, and help turn priorities into execution.
• Venture building. Build the processes and structures required to scale Logenta AI, including sales operations, customer onboarding, project tracking, and internal workflows. You will not only analyse problems but actively help solve them.

This Role Is for You If

You have already gained experience in a startup, consulting, venture building, business development, sales, operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment. Your degree or field of study is less important than your ability to think commercially, work independently, and deliver high-quality results. You may still be studying or have already graduated.

You bring:

• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Initial experience working on commercial or operational topics.
• The ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in AI, B2B software, and entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Availability for a full-time internship of three to six months.
• Based in Germany.

Our office is located in Hamburg, which is why we prefer candidates who are based in or able to regularly work from Hamburg. However, candidates from anywhere in Germany are welcome to apply, and remote work is possible during this phase.
