We are looking for an enthusiastic Platform Intern (m/f/d) to join our Frankfurt office for 3–6 months. In this role, you will help us strengthen and scale our platform while connecting the dots within the wider ecosystem. We welcome diverse profiles and backgrounds but expect a genuine passion for startups, innovation, and ecosystem building. Fluency in German and English is a must.

Aufgaben

• Support daily operations on both strategic and ad-hoc initiatives
• Co-develop value-adding formats for our portfolio companies (e.g., knowledge-sharing formats, founder workshops, talent support, strategic partnerships)
• Help design and organize community events and ecosystem activities to strengthen the Heliad founder and investor network
• Assist with content creation for thought leadership (e.g., articles, newsletters, social media posts)
• Support communication with portfolio companies to gather feedback, understand needs, and share best practices
• Work closely with the investment and operations teams to build processes that improve portfolio support and engagement
• Take ownership of specific strategic or operational projects contributing to the growth of the Heliad platform

Qualifikation

• Passionate about startups, disruptive technologies, and building communities
• In the final year of your undergraduate degree, in a gap year, or currently pursuing a graduate degree, preferably in business, economics, or a related field
• First experience in venture capital, startup ecosystems, consulting, business development, or community management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively
• International and multicultural mindset
