Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile UX/UI Designer to drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you’ll blend user research, product design, and visual design for marketing to deliver designs that align with Trojan’s mission and resonate with its growing community.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research:
  • Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate insights into actionable design solutions that improve engagement and usability.
• UX/UI Design:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns.
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Prototyping: Use Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features.
• Collaboration:
  • Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed design specifications and support development for seamless implementation.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Test and iterate on designs using user feedback and data‑driven insights.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.

Requirements

• Trading UX/UI Experience: We are looking for candidates who have previously built out UX/UI components for a web‑based trading platform.
• Technical Expertise:
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Proficient in Figma with experience in prototyping and creating design systems.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Strategic Insight:
  • Proven ability to translate complex user and business requirements into simple, intuitive designs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to refine and improve designs.
• Industry Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of crypto trading, Telegram bots, or blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and DeFi trends is a strong plus.
  • Passion for meme coin trading and the ability to thrive in the fast‑paced crypto environment.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
