Territory Sales Manager - South West UK

We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the South West UK, representing a cutting‑edge portfolio of surgical and dental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market penetration across hospitals, clinics, and dental practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, surgeons, and procurement teams.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training to clinical teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and post‑sales support.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic territory planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within surgical or dental sectors.
• Strong existing network across the South West UK health care landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.
