Barrington James is partnering with a leading medical device company to appoint a Territory Manager for Cardiovascular Devices in Germany. The role is remote & field-based, covering the Baden-Württemberg region, with a focus on building key customer and distributor relationships and driving adoption of innovative technologies.

• Strong commercial awareness with clinical and technical understanding.

Are you an ambitious Territory Manager or Sales Specialist with experience in Cardiology and looking for your next opportunity in the medical device industry?

We are looking to speak with commercially driven sales professionals who bring direct sales and/or distributor sales experience within the cardiology or cardiovascular medical device market.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a territory, develop strong customer and channel relationships, and drive the growth and adoption of innovative medical technologies.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in direct sales and/or distributor sales management within medical devices
• Direct experience selling into Cardiology and/or Cardiovascular departments
• Experience managing relationships with cardiologists, physicians, hospital stakeholders and/or distribution partners
• The ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong commercial awareness combined with clinical and technical understanding
• A proactive, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven approach
• Experience within Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Cardiac Monitoring or other specialist cardiovascular technologies would be highly relevant.
