Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Delivery PMO professional to lead controls across large-scale construction programs. You will oversee cost, schedule, and performance data, partnering with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, and Finance to establish governance and forecasting practices.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs, drive real-time risk awareness, and develop senior-level reporting. This role requires leading a dispersed team, ensuring consistent use of project controls

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls with a focus on multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening.
• Domestic travel required; 25%.

• Develop the Delivery Project Management Office (PMO) Controls objective
• Lead and oversee project-level controls for cost, schedule, and performance data across construction projects
• Partner with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, project teams, and Construction Finance to establish, maintain, and govern project controls
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasting processes
• Establish cost and schedule control standards
• Oversee project-level reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
• Integrate cost data and support funding and governance reviews with the Cost Manager
• Oversee schedule management, change management, risk and contingency tracking, and EML reporting
• Administer and continuously improve project controls systems and processes
• Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct project reviews and analysis, identifying critical path activities, delays, cost impacts, and optimization opportunities
• Provide portfolio leadership, strategic direction, and decision-making
• Produce executive-level performance, risk mitigation, and recovery-plan reports
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance, and Development teams on project data, visibility, forecasting, and baselining
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses
• Implement strategies and policies for real-time awareness of project and portfolio risks and exposures
• Increase adoption and consistent use of project controls tools through documentation, training, and follow-through support
