A leading B2B procurement platform in the automotive industry is seeking a Telephone Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves resolving inquiries, documenting interactions, and contributing to customer satisfaction. As a Telephone Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers and take responsibility for resolving their inquiries quickly and professionally. In this role, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and support the success of our ALZURA B2B Marketplace, Europe’s largest B2B procurement platform in the automotive industry.

In your role, you act as the first point of contact for customers and actively contribute to ensuring a positive customer experience.
You handle and process all customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
You support the analysis of customer inquiries on a daily basis and contribute to developing targeted solutions.
To maintain service quality and optimize processes, you document all customer interactions in our in-house CRM system.
You capture customer needs to identify new market requirements and trends.
You occasionally conduct upselling conversations and receive additional commission for successful sales.
You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong service orientation.
You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
You have experience in dealing with customers – career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome.
You have very good German skills and ideally also English, both spoken and written.
