Technical Team Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / AI (m/f/d)

Location: Germany, Remote / Hybrid

Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: €80,000–€105,000 package + company car, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional to take technical leadership of an established team of Developers and Solution/Technical Architects.

This is a hybrid leadership and technical position. You will initially take responsibility for a team of five technical specialists while remaining involved in customer projects at Solution Architect / Technical Consultant level.

A major focus of the position will be AI.

The business is already using AI and agents within customer projects, but the next stage is to create a more structured approach across the Dynamics practice. You will help define how technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents and Azure AI services can improve development, consulting, onboarding and project delivery.

The long-term split will be approximately 50% team leadership and internal development / 50% customer-facing technical work, although initially there may be a greater focus on internal AI initiatives and establishing the team's future technical structure.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an existing team of five Dynamics 365 Developers and Technical/Solution Architects
• Provide technical direction across the Dynamics 365 CE practice
• Support and challenge technical decisions made within the team
• Drive the practical adoption of AI across development and consulting
• Help establish AI development standards, guidelines, tooling and ways of working
• Explore Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Azure AI services and related technologies
• Work directly with customers as a Solution Architect / Technical Consultant
• Support the continued development and growth of the wider Microsoft practice
• Mentor technical colleagues and help develop their skills and responsibilities

Your Background

You should bring a strong technical background within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.

You do not need to be a hands-on developer today. However, you should have enough development experience to understand technical discussions, communicate effectively with Developers and Architects, and confidently evaluate technical approaches.

Previous formal Team Lead experience is advantageous but not essential. Experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, owning technical decisions or coordinating technical teams can also provide a strong foundation.
