Global Clearance Solutions Germany GmbH in Stockach seeks a dedicated Technical Service Specialist to provide frontline technical support for NGO, government, defence and industrial customers. You will coordinate inquiries, manage warranty claims and supervise repairs, while ensuring clear documentation and data maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have technical training, strong mechanical/electrical understanding and excellent German and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in technical support, service or maintenance preferred.
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsabilités

• Technical point of contact for customers in NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical inquiries, complaints and warranty claims.
• Plan and supervise factory repairs, maintenance and technical modifications.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation and customer records.
• Maintain machine, service and technical master data.
• Interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service and support processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical point of contact for customers in the NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
• Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
• Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
• Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
• Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, experience in technical support, service or maintenance
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Team player with initiative and a strong customer focus
