Job summary

Global Clearance Solutions Germany GmbH in Stockach is seeking a technically skilled professional to serve as the technical point of contact for NGO, government, defence and industrial customers. You will coordinate inquiries, manage repairs, and contribute to service processes.

Based in Stockach, you will work in a collaborative team, using MS Office and SAP, with German and English fluency. A completed technical training and experience in maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in technical support, service or maintenance preferred.
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent German and good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for NGO, government, defence and industrial customers, as well as internal departments.
• Coordinate and follow up on technical inquiries, complaints, and warranty/guarantee claims.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems.
• Prepare service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation.
• Maintain machine, service and technical master data.
• Interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical point of contact for customers in the NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
• Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
• Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
• Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
• Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, experience in technical support, service or maintenance
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Team player with initiative and a strong customer focus
