CS GROUP sucht am Standort Manching einen erfahrenen Systemingenieur im Bereich Aerospace & Defence. Sie definieren Subsystemanforderungen, koordinieren Architekten und Partnerunternehmen und überwachen deren Umsetzung.

Sie arbeiten an Safety, Zertifizierung, RAMT und der OEL/GCS-Leistung, betreuen Lieferanten und unterstützen Bewertungen, Integration und Verifizierung. Sprachlich sicher, arbeiten Sie in einem internationalen Team.

Qualifications

• Master-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Systems Engineering, IT/ Informationssysteme, Luftfahrt & Verteidigung oder Projektmanagement.
• Kenntnisse von Systems Engineering Standards, insbesondere ARP4754A und INCOSE.
• DOORS und Cameo sind Pflicht; Simulink wird vorausgesetzt.
• SCADE und/oder ICDMS von Vorteil.
• Verständnis militärischer Umgebungen und Prozesse wünschenswert.
• Fließendes Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Themen zu erläutern.
• Arbeiten in internationalem, interdisziplinärem Team.
• Ü2 Sicherheitsfreigabe ist erforderlich.

Responsabilités

• Definieren Subsystem-Anforderungen und überwachen deren Umsetzung.
• Lieferanten managen und koordinieren, Einhaltung technischer Anforderungen sicherstellen.
• Unterstützung Safety, Certification, RAMT und anderer transversal Engineering Activities.
• Beitrag zur Gesamtgeräte‑Liste (OEL) und Gesamtleistung des GCS.
• Anforderungen und Entwurf mit Architekten, Fachbereichen und Partnerfirmen abstimmen.
• Unterstützung technischer Bewertungen, Integration und Verifizierung.
• Kontakt zum Kunden pflegen, um operative Erwartungen und Anforderungen zu präzisieren.
• Komplexe technische Themen klar und strukturiert dokumentieren und kommunizieren.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Define subsystem requirements and monitor their implementation.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• Support Safety, Certification, RAMT and other transversal engineering activities.
• Contribute to the Overall Equipment List (OEL) and overall GCS performance.
• Coordinate requirements and design with architects, engineering disciplines and partner companies.
• Support technical assessments, integration and verification activities.
• Maintain contact with the customer to refine operational expectations and requirements.
• Document and communicate complex technical topics in a clear and structured way.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Aerospace & Defence or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering standards, particularly ARP4754A and INCOSE.
• DOORS and Cameo experience is mandatory; Simulink is required.
• Experience with SCADE and/or ICDMS is a plus.
• Understanding of military environments and processes is desirable.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
• Ü2 Security Clearance is required.
