Job summary

Global Clearance Solutions Germany GmbH in Germany seeks a technical support professional to serve NGO, government, defence and industrial customers. You will coordinate inquiries, plan and supervise repairs, and prepare service reports and documentation.

The role requires completed technical training, experience in service or maintenance, and a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical point of contact for customers in NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
• Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
• Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
• Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
• Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes

Your Responsibilities

• Technical point of contact for customers in the NGO, government, defence and industrial sectors, as well as internal departments
• Coordination and follow-up of technical enquiries, complaints, and warranty and guarantee claims
• Planning, coordination and supervision of factory repairs, maintenance work and technical modifications to our systems
• Preparation of service reports, technical documentation and customer documentation
• Maintenance of machine, service and technical master data
• Acting as the interface between customers, Service, Engineering, Production and Logistics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and support processes

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, experience in technical support, service or maintenance
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident user of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good command of German and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Team player with initiative and a strong customer focus
