Tasks

• With excellent training and coaching you become a smartmicro product expert and start supporting our partners in multiple technology-related projects
• You will be responsible for training and supporting our customers
• Technical writing may also be required if necessary
• Your tasks includes technical support via email phone and online meetings
• Sometimes you must travel to our customers
• We use Salesforce Sales & Support so you can enjoy working with the leading solution for CRM and ticketing

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or similar engineering-related studies or trained Technician in a subject related to electronics
• You are experienced in the field of technical support and customer service
• You have a good technical understanding problem‑solving skills and customer focus
• As an experienced computer user you have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent English skills are necessary fluency in German and other languages is desirable
