Zusammenfassung

Eurowings Holidays GmbH is seeking a Technical Service Owner for Cloud Hosting & Security to own the secure and reliable operation of our cloud-based travel platform. You will act as the interface between Eurowings Holidays, Eurowings Digital, and Eurowings Aviation, ensuring high availability, cost transparency, and risk-aware operations across components.

You will lead hosting and information security, coordinate vendors and audits, manage access and incidents, and drive secure-by-default

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT service ownership, platform operations, or cloud hosting.
• Strong understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance.
• Skilled in steering vendors and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Structured, pragmatic, and documentation-focused way of working.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL, security frameworks, and audit-driven environments.
• Experience collaborating across teams, business units, or legal entities.

• Own Cloud Hosting & Service Ownership across platform components - interface between Eurowings Holidays, Eurowings Digital, and Eurowings Aviation.
• Coordinate hosting partners, vendors, changes, and releases.
• Maintain documentation, service ownership, and operational readiness.
• Drive secure-by-default operations and baseline security controls.
• Coordinate audits, risk management, compliance, and security initiatives.
• Manage access, monitoring, vulnerabilities, incidents, and remediation with stakeholders.
• Take ownership of selected platform components or projects.

We're building the platform behind unforgettable trips and are looking for a Technical Service Owner - Cloud Hosting & Security (all genders) to take ownership of the secure and reliable operation of our cloud-based touristic platform

Tasks

You are the end-to-end owner for Cloud Hosting & Information Security across Eurowings Holidays' touristic platform components - at the interface between Eurowings Holidays, Eurowings Digital, and Eurowings Aviation.
