Zusammenfassung

Eurowings Holidays GmbH is seeking a Technical Service Owner – Cloud Hosting & Security to take ownership of the secure and reliable operation of our cloud-based travel platform. You will oversee hosting, security, documentation, and operational readiness across components and interfaces with partner teams.

In this role you will coordinate hosting vendors, manage risk and compliance initiatives, drive secure-by-default operations, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in IT service ownership, platform operations, or cloud hosting.
• Strong understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to steer vendors and cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Structured, pragmatic, and documentation-focused approach.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL, security frameworks, and audit-driven environments.
• Experience collaborating across teams, business units, or legal entities.

Tasks

You are the end-to-end owner for Cloud Hosting & Information Security across Eurowings Holidays’ touristic platform components – at the interface between Eurowings Holidays, Eurowings Digital, and Eurowings Aviation.
