Job summary

Alpine Eagle is building the future of counter-drone defence and hiring for a technical recruiting role in a fast-growing, international deep-tech environment. The recruiter will own end-to-end processes for software engineering, AI/ML, and embedded roles, sourcing talent through direct search, referrals, and networking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency-side.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent (Software Engineers, AI/ML, Embedded Engineers).
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to understand technical skill sets and assess candidate fit at initial screening.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical roles with a focus on software engineering, AI/ML, and robotics.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct search.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening interviews, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Support hiring managers with sourcing, market insights, and recruiting best practices.
• Strengthen Alpine Eagle's employer brand within engineering and startup communities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and contribute to efficient hiring processes.

What you need to be successful:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, either in-house or agency-side
• Experience sourcing and recruiting technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Embedded Engineers, or comparable profiles
• Strong direct-sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to understand technical skill sets and assess candidate fit at an initial screening level
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in English and German
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, national security, or other highly regulated industries is a plus
