You’ll build pipelines, craft effective outreach, and support scaling as engagements ramp across Canada and the US.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services.

• Excellent communications – oral and written, and professionalism.
• Comfort with pace and ambiguity — priorities move, projects scale, and you thrive in it.
• Based in the Toronto area (remote-friendly, but local roots help).
