Description

• Managing daily operation of the European Order Fulfillment Team
• Help coaching European Sales Teams in finding and maintaining proper shipping dates
• Support maintaining proper HV stock
• Manage on hand stock to match customer requirements
• Establish continuous communication will European production units and other OFTs

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in Order Fulfillment Customer Service Supply Chain or Distribution
• Solid understanding of inventory management supply chain processes and production planning
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. D365) and MS Office
• Fluent English skills; additional European languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills diplomatic yet assertive
• Strong analytical and structured working style combined with pragmatism
• Ability to perform under pressure and set clear priorities in fast-moving environments
• Proactive solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
