Leading a talented team you will steer and own the entire RPA lifecycle - from analyzing automation needs defining the right solution approach to overseeing and driving the full implementation. By enhancing our RPA practice to the next level youll play a pivotal role in pushing SIXTs transformation into an efficiency-driven organization.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead coachand empower RPA developers and RPA analysts fostering a culture of ownership collaborationand delivery excellence
• You drive the analysis of business processes with business and IT stakeholders identifying scopingand prioritizing the automation use case funnel in alignment with organizational objectives
• You oversee the end-to-end design developmentand deployment of scalable RPA solutions (primarily leveraging UiPath) ensuring seamless integration into SIXTs processes
• You establish and uphold RPA standards methodologies and best practices within the team ensure compliance with IT security data protectionand quality requirements
• You act as a trusted advisor to all business units across the organization with regards to automation questions and solution design or architecture
