Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities to manage team workflows.
• Adaptability to shifting project needs and high-pressure operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Guidance of operational team members and prioritization of daily shopfloor tasks.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing deployment, and assignments for operational continuity.
• Mentoring of team members through training, coaching, and competency development.
• Monitoring of daily production for adherence to quality, safety, and protocol standards.
• Facilitation of morning huddles and maintenance of operational status reporting.
• Management of material handling, inventory integrity, and expiration tracking.
• Support of audit readiness and participation in quality and regulatory inspections.
• Collaboration with cross-functional departments including logistics, IT, and quality assurance.
