About the Role
This is a hands-on sales leadership position at a fast-growing, Series A/B-stage AI-powered procurement intelligence platform serving the industrial sector. You will lead a team of ~5 Account Executives targeting the DACH market — a largely greenfield opportunity — while carrying a personal quota and working closely with senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy. The company's platform helps industrial Mittelstand customers optimize procurement costs, reduce supply chain risk, and meet evolving regulatory requirements through AI-driven intelligence.
This role is based on-site in Munich, Germany and requires full-time in-office presence. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What You’ll Do
- Own a defined customer segment and lead a team of ~5 Account Executives to capture a significant market opportunity across the DACH region.
- Close deals against a personal quota while coaching your team to exceed collective revenue targets.
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategy for a greenfield market, including market entry planning and GTM alignment.
- Join high-stakes customer conversations to shape deal strategy, support negotiations, and develop compelling business cases for procurement teams.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team through structured training, hands‑on deal coaching, and rigorous performance management.
- Implement and coach structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC) to sharpen discovery, qualification, and negotiation across the team.
- Drive performance through pipeline reviews, metrics tracking, and targeted action planning to improve win rates and deal velocity.
- Deliver measurable procurement value to customers — cost optimization, supply chain risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to accelerate team productivity and share effective workflows across the sales organization.

- Business-level fluency in both German and English — essential for engaging with DACH customers and stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute tactically on deals and GTM initiatives.
- Based in Munich and available to work on-site full-time.
Nice to Have
- Experience identifying and applying AI tools or workflows to improve sales team productivity.
