Clera seeks a results-driven enterprise sales leader to own sales across the DACH region from its Berlin office. You will close complex SaaS deals, map stakeholders, and partner with deployment teams to scale a repeatable GTM motion.
The role requires 3+ years closing enterprise SaaS, six-figure deals, and fluency in German and English. You will help build a sales playbook and steer pricing feedback with leadership.
As the first commercial hire, you will own enterprise sales across the DACH region and help establish a repeatable go-to-market motion for an AI-powered procurement software company. You will build on existing customer relationships and early enterprise traction, partnering closely with deployment and product teams to turn customer needs into successful deals and a scalable sales playbook.
Close new business with enterprise and mid-market organizations across the DACH region.
Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upselling.
Navigate complex buying committees across procurement, IT, finance, and category management.
Partner with deployment specialists from demos through pilots, leading the commercial process alongside their implementation expertise.
Share customer feedback on pricing, product needs, and ideal customer profiles with company leadership and product teams.
Document and build a sales playbook for future account executive hires.
At least 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.
A track record of closing deals with six-figure annual contract values and consistently achieving quota over multiple sales cycles.
Experience selling into enterprise procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or finance workflows, such as accounts payable or budget control.
Strong judgment in mapping stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise buying processes.
Full professional proficiency in German and English.
Interest in procurement and the energy, automotive, or chemicals sectors.
Willingness to work from the Berlin office.
