Zusammenfassung

A temporary staffing agency is looking for a Team Assistant (M/F) in Ralingen, Germany, for a 5-6 month contract. You will manage business calendars, organise meetings, support events, and assist the Management Board. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, a minimum of three years' experience, and excellent English skills. For one of our client located in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Team Assistant (M/F) in the framework of a temporary contract of 5-6 months.

Your tasks
  • Manage business calendars
  • Organise meetings and conferences
  • Support the organisation of internal and external events
  • Arrange business travel and process expense claims
  • Schedule interviews for recruitment and meetings with external suppliers
  • Maintain up-to-date diaries and contact lists
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative support
  • Prepare and review documents and presentations
  • Handle internal and external correspondence
  • Take meeting minutes as needed
  • Oversee document management: filing, archiving, and database maintenance
  • Serve as back-up to the Secretary General's Personal Assistant
  • Provide additional support to Management Board members
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and spoken English; other EU languages are an asset
  • Strong skills in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with video conference tools is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Oracle Fusion is a plus
