IPC is seeking a proactive Team Assistant (Expert Services) to join our global team in Frankfurt. You will support the international Expert Services team by coordinating experts for projects worldwide, managing information and documents, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.

The role emphasizes recruitment support, proposal preparation, and database maintenance, with a focus on strong English and French communication and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a consulting or international development context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word formatting, tables, and styles).
  • Full proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Support recruitment processes: coordinate interviews, document management, and candidate communication.
  • Assist in proposal preparation: format CVs and tables, transfer CVs between client formats, ensure tender compliance.
  • Maintain and update the internal consultant database to streamline proposals and deployment.

Our clients and partners include institutions such as the EBRD, EIB, GIZ, KfW, and the EU, as well as commercial banks, investment funds, and private foundations.

To support our global operations, we are looking for a proactive and well‑organized Team Assistant (Expert Services) to join our team. You will support our international Expert Services team in co-ordinating experts for projects worldwide, managing information and documents, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Regular communication with experts and the preparation of their CVs will be an important part of your daily work.

  • Supporting our recruitment processes: Assisting in the co-ordination and administration of the recruitment processes for expert consultants, including scheduling interviews, document management, and communication with candidates
  • Proposal preparation: Helping prepare components of proposals for competitive tenders, such as evaluating, preparing and formatting CVs and tables summarising staff capabilities; transferring CVs from one client format to another and ensuring adherence to tender requirements
  • Database management: Maintain and update our internal database with consultant information, project experiences, and other relevant data to streamline the proposal processes and consultant deployment
Your profile
  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience of 2–3 years in an administrative or assistant role, particularly in a consulting or international development context, is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word formatting, tables, and styles)
  • Full proficiency in English and French (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Able and willing to balance multiple (at times competing) priorities
