Comforte AG is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Specialist to shape how we attract, develop and retain talent across the company. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting, plus international HR processes and employee experience initiatives in a flexible German setting.

Based in Germany, the role offers the option to work fully remote or in a hybrid setup at our Wiesbaden office, collaborating with managers and colleagues to improve People & Organization practices globally.

Qualifications

As Talent Acquisition & People Specialist, you will help shape how we attract, develop and retain talent at comforte.

This is a broad and hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing in fresh ideas and turning them into action. A key focus is Talent Acquisition, including active sourcing and end-to-end recruiting. At the same time, you will work on employee development, engagement and employee experience, stay in close contact with our colleagues and support selected international HR processes, including Employer-of-record processes.

You will work closely with managers and employees, build trusted relationships and help us continuously improve how we work in People & Organization. A genuine interest in people, a good sense for different personalities and situations, and the ability to connect with others are essential for this role.

This position is based in Germany, offering the flexibility to work fully remotely or in a hybrid setup at our Wiesbaden office.

What you will do

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes with hiring managers.
• Actively source and engage relevant candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and continuously improve recruiting approaches.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience.

Talent & Organizational Development

• Support learning, development and succession initiatives.
• Further develop role profiles, career frameworks and job architecture.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Stay in regular direct contact with employees, for example through care calls.
• Drive onboarding, engagement, retention and employee experience initiatives.
• Gather employee feedback and turn insights into concrete improvements.
• Use people data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.

International People Operations

• Support selected international People & Organization processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of employer-of-record-related processes in close collaboration with our external EOR provider.

What you bring

• Experience in international Talent Acquisition, HR / People & Organization or a comparable role.
• Strong recruiting skills, ideally including active sourcing.
• A strong sense for people and a genuine interest in working with different personalities.
• Empathy, openness and the ability to build trust quickly.
• A proactive, hands-on and pragmatic working style.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder skills.
• Confidence using HR systems and digital tools.
• Fluent German and English.
