Zusammenfassung

Signode Industrial Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

This role requires fluent English and German, experience across multiple countries, and strong stakeholder management. You will use ATS and sourcing tools to build robust pipelines, coordinate interviews, and drive workforce

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
