A leading micromobility company in Berlin is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for their Fleet Operations department. You will oversee the recruitment process, ensure exceptional candidate experiences, and collaborate closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and German, has experience in volume recruitment for blue-collar roles, and possesses strong stakeholder management skills. This is a 3 months fixed-term contract with opportunities to grow within a meaningful team.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team , you will be responsible for staffing our Fleet Operations department (warehouses) in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). In this role, you will partner with the hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment, advising them in all areas relating to talent acquisition and coaching them continuously on Voi's best practices.
In addition, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, and the wider People & Culture function, to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practice across the organisation. This will include:
