Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and deliver data-driven solutions. You will create dashboards and automate workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps while ensuring governance and scalable data practices.

You will partner with engineers and business leaders to solve complex problems, support AI/ML adoption, and manage SharePoint for collaboration. U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance after day 1 are required.

• Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions
• Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools
• Identify process automation and efficiency-improvement opportunities
• Partner with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
• Support adoption of AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities
• Establish and improve data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
• Develop custom business applications using Power Apps
• Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration
• Travel up to 10% as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint
• Experience with large datasets and data visualization
• Experience using Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Ability to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
• Up to 10% travel
• Preferred: experience with Lean/CORE or other process improvement methodologies
• Preferred: knowledge of data governance and data architecture principles
• Preferred: experience developing dashboards, automated workflows, or data-driven applications
• Preferred: exposure to AI/ML, digital engineering, or process automation
• Preferred: experience with large or complex datasets
• Preferred: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
