Henkel invites a Sustainability Digital Data Architect to design and govern data within the Henkel Data Platform (HDP), across business units and functions. You’ll shape data subdomains, data products and assets to enable sustainable transformations.

You will lead data integration across SAP, HDP and ESG Data Infrastructure, ensure accessible, well-documented data, and collaborate with governance teams to standardize and optimize data use across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Data Science or similar.
• 5+ years in data management, modeling and integration.

Responsibilities

• Design data architecture and define data subdomains, data products and assets.
• Ensure access, integration and management within Henkel Data Platform (HDP).
• Lead integration across SAP, HDP and ESG Data Infrastructure, mapping new data fields.
• Collaborate with governance experts to ensure consumable and shared data assets.
• Define criteria for data product evaluation, standardization and integration across stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance Data Interaction Maps to track data interconnectivity across the data chain.

Sustainability Digital Data Architect (d/f/m)

The Digital Data Architect is responsible for ensuring effective integration, interconnectivtiy and management of data within the Henkel Data Platform (HDP), accross Bunisess Units and Functions use cases

What you´ll do

• Design Data Architecture and define and maintain the data subdomains, data products and data assets that underpin corresponding business capabilities
• Ensure effective access, integration and management of data within Henkel Data Platform and its AI foundation
• Lead integration efforts across platforms like SAP,HDP and ESG Data Infrastructure, ensuring that new data fields are properly mapped and usable
• Work with governance experts to ensure that data assets are easily and properly consumable and shared
• Define evaluation criteria for data products and use cases standardization, harmonization, integration and innovation in your area of responsibility in cooperation with the relevant stakeholders
• Define, automate and further enhance Data Interaction Maps to track interconnectivity of different business/functional and also technical concepts throughout the complete data chain

What makes you a good fit

• Master Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or similar
• Minimum 5 years experiences indata management principles and practices, including data modeling and data integration
• Experience working with data management tools and systems, such as data warehouses, master data management systems, and data quality tools
• Entrepreuneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations and adapting to rapidly changing environments
• A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
• Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
