Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Düsseldorf seeks a senior strategy professional to support the Adhesive Technologies leadership in developing strategic directions and coordinating key projects.

You will craft analyses, prepare executive briefings, and manage cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in corporate strategy or consulting, fluent German and English, and a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in strategy or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management abilities.

What you´ll do

• Support the Adhesive Technologies’ Board Member and Executive Committee in strategy development, strategic projects, presentations, and ad hoc requests
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects with diverse stakeholders across the organization
• Conduct analyses and conceptual work to support strategic decision-making
• Design and prepare presentations and briefing materials for internal meetings, conferences, and external engagements
• Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests and special initiatives from the leadership team
• Work in a dynamic team to drive strategic topics

What makes you a good fit

• Master degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Min. 8 years of relevant work experience, thereof min. 3 years in corporate strategy or strategy consulting
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, ability to manage a variety of internal stakeholders
• Experienced in leading projects and strong project management skills
• Team player with a high level of motivation, determination to achieve results, and hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English
