Job summary

Henkel in Wassertrüdingen, Germany, seeks a Senior Production Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement through the Henkel Production System and to lead trainings while analyzing KPIs to boost efficiency.

You will ensure compliance with global standards while considering local regulations, manage improvement projects, and participate in the Site Leadership Team. Travel ~10% internationally; fluency in German and English is required; CAD and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a production environment, including initial leadership experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Experience with systems such as IWS, TPM, Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence and Lean.
• Proficient CAD skills (ideally AutoCAD).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Assertiveness, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~10%).
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
