Orizon GmbH sucht für einen renommierten Kunden im Luftfahrtbereich eine/n Support (m/w/d) für Industrial Systems innerhalb des Mechanical Systems Multifunctional Team (MFT). Sie definieren und sichern Industriestandards, koordinieren IS/ME-Anforderungen und tragen zur Optimierung von Kosten, Projekten und Lieferprozessen bei.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Manufacturing Engineering, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Vertragsmanagement sowie gute

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Manufacturing Engineering, Arbeitsvorbereitung, technische Dokumentation und Vertragsmanagement.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch verhandlungssicher.

Aufgaben

• Definition und Sicherstellung des industriellen Systems- und Fertigungsstandard für alle Programme; Beeinflussung der Geschäftsstrategie.
• IS- und ME-Anforderungen für Entwicklung/Neu-Einführung von Zulieferern managen.
• Beitrag zur Lieferantenauswahl, Analyse der Industriekompetenz im CFT.
• IS/ME-Expertise zu Kostenreduktion, Verlagerung, NPI und Lieferproblemen liefern.
• IS/ME-Lieferungen in MFT-Projekten cost-reduction, neue Industrialisierung und Verlagerungsprojekte koordinieren.
• Relevante operative IS- und ME-Themen an die MFT eskalieren.
• Verbesserungsideen für externe Prozessoptimierung liefern.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Support (m/f/d) to the Industrial Systems Representative within the Mechanical Systems Multifunctional Team (MFT).

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and ensure the industrial system (IS) and manufacturing reference standard for all programs in order to properly develop and influence the business strategy
• Manage all IS and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) requirements for development and new introduction of suppliers
• Provide the ME inputs to contribute to the supplier selection process, analyzing the "Industrial capability" during the Call For Tender phase (CFT)
• Provide IS and ME expertise to cost reduction, work transfer, New Product Introduction (NPI) and delivery issues related to the MFT
• Lead and coordinate all IS and ME deliverables into the MFT cost reduction projects, new industrialization and work transfer Projects by strong and agile Leadership
• Escalate relevant operational IS and ME topics to the MFT (technical abnormality etc.)
• Deliver improvement ideas for external process optimization

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Preparation, Technical Documentation and Contract Management
• Good knowledge in Project Management
• User skills in Goolgle Workspace
• Fluent English and good German skills spoken and written
• Willingness to travel (max. once per month, within Europe)
