Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH sucht für seinen Auftraggeber im Luftfahrt- und Raumfahrtumfeld einen Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Manager (m/w/d) in Blankenfelde-Mahlow. Sie arbeiten an der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen unter Einhaltung HSE-Standards.

Sie analysieren Produktionsdaten, fördern Lean-Kultur und Right First Time. Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain und externen Lieferanten gehört zum Alltag.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Studienrichtung im Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Grundlegende Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Prozessoptimierung und Lean Management.
• Erfahrung mit Prozessverbesserungen ist vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen, dass Fertigungsprozesse HSE-Standards entsprechen und Zero Harm unterstützen.
• Lieferung von Produkten, die Qualitäts- und Rechtsvorschriften erfüllen.
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Right First Time fördern.
• Fertigungsprozesse, digitale Systeme und Herstellungsverfahren entwickeln, implementieren, validieren, verbessern.
• Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in Sicherheit, Qualität, Produktivität, Kosten, Liefertreue und Durchlaufzeiten.
• Prozess- und Produktionsdaten analysieren, Trends erkennen und Entscheidungen unterstützen.
• Technische Problemlösungen unterstützen und Fertigungs-, Qualitäts- und Produktsicherheitsprobleme untersuchen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain und externen Lieferanten.
• Lernen teilen und Best Practices im Unternehmen verbreiten.
• Technische Anleitung und Coaching von Kolleginnen/Kollegen geben.
• Beziehungspflege zu Lieferanten und externen Partnern.

Your Prospective Job:

For our client, a provider for the aviation and space programs industry, we are looking for you as a Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Manager (m/f/d) located in Blankenfelde-Mahlow.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
• Maintain consistently delivery of products meeting quality and regulatory requirements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time (RFT) manufacturing
• Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
• Analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
• Support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
• Capture, share, and implement lessons learned and best practices across the organisation
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience in Production Planning, Process Optimization and Lean Management
• Skills and knowledge in Six Sigma are advantageous
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
