Aufgaben

• Report to the OSS Program Manager based in the Cranberry, PA facility.
• Help set up, review, and maintain Rate Management master data in SAP.
• Verify personnel assignments, contract details, and labor-rate information for accuracy.
• Monitor and process union rate changes, applying updates to rate tables and SAP systems.
• Learn troubleshooting analytic techniques related to downstream rate impacts.
• Assist with labor-rate updates, audits, and documentation.
• Support and participate in the Request for Pricing (RFP) process to develop competitive labor rates.
• Respond to routine questions and collaborate with teams to resolve data issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and processes.
