Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Operations Intern to support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization within the Business Operations team in Germany. You will coordinate with stakeholders, document current and future state processes, and maintain wiki pages.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in CS or business programs, have hands-on Excel/Google Docs skills, and demonstrate leadership and initiative.

Qualifikationen

• Actively enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Data analysis coursework preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Google Docs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills demonstrated through leadership positions in community, school, or other programs.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and follow-through required.
• Professional, outgoing, energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience preferred.
