Overview

We're looking for an experienced Editorial Stylist to join our Brand & Editorial Campaigns team within Zalando Studios in Berlin. As a key member of the team, you will shape the visual storytelling of the Zalando brand by developing and executing the styling direction for our editorial content. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional with a deep passion for the world of sports who can translate trends and our brand's voice into compelling, shoppable looks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the styling direction and execution on our editorial campaigns using your knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to tap into the current zeitgeist to create industry-leading styling narratives
• Regularly contributing in ideation sessions and bringing forward ideas to improve styling and workflow processes
• Manage shoot operations for styling from start to finish, working closely with Art Direction and Production, delivering work at the highest standard
• Help Zalando to speak more inspirationally to customers and bring our ambitious strategic consumer and brand positioning objectives to life.
• Present your styling concepts and strategic assortment curation in various stakeholder rounds
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and identifying emerging fashion and sports trends, styling directions, and market shifts. Use this knowledge to drive your styling choices.

• You have 5+ years of experience as a stylist or fashion editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of editorial content and styling projects.
• Sports expertise is a must you have a deep understanding of athletic apparel and sports brands, from performance gear to authentic sports-inspired street style.
• You have expert knowledge of current and upcoming fashion trends and stay up to date on contemporary culture.
• You're a strategic and proactive thinker who can translate creative ideas into actionable plans.
• You are highly organized and skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• You are a dedicated team player who enjoys working in a fast-changing, international environment.
