Job summary

Siemens Advanta in Munich seeks a Strategy Consultant (f/m/d) at an Early Professional level to own core project modules, scope problems, and deliver actionable recommendations from the first project. You will build AI into client solutions, work directly with decision-makers, and see your work move from slides to pilots to rollout within Siemens.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience: Minimum two internships at a strategy consultancy, or first professional experience in the field.
• Academic Excellence: Strong Master's, or MBA with a quantitative or technical core, or from a top business school.
• AI in practice: AI is embedded in daily work and problem-solving; hands-on with agents, LLMs or data products is a big plus.
• Global Mindset: International exposure gained through studies, internships, or work abroad.
• Analytical skills: Ability to build defensible recommendations on incomplete data and state assumptions clearly.
• Languages Proficiency: Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).

• Owning core project modules. Scoping the problem, running quantitative and qualitative analyses, and delivering recommendations your team and client can build on, with real responsibility from your very first project onward.
• Building AI into the answer, not next to it. Treating agentic systems, industrial copilots, and applied analytics as core components of client demands. You apply critical thinking and human judgment to determine where AI creates measurable value and where it doesn’t, challenging outputs and validating assumptions rather than taking AI-generated answers at face value.
• Working directly with decision-makers. Regular exchange with C-level executives and their teams, plus interviews and workshops that surface real disagreement instead of polite consensus.
• Seeing your work go live. Because implementation sits under the same roof, your recommendations move from slide to pilot to rollout, across our industry units.
• Shaping Siemens from within. Alongside client work, you take on transformation topics inside Siemens, a perspective on industrial transformation you won't get from client work alone.

• Languages Proficiency: Fluent German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both required. Many of our client discussions happen in German, so English alone is not sufficient for this role.
