As a (Senior) Strategy Consultant (f/m/d) in Munich, you\'ll solve complex problems and collaborate with inspiring minds—bring your unique perspective and empower our team! You\'ll shape the future of industries with impactful management strategies and be part of different projects in Industries units like Automation, Infrastructure, Mobility, Food & Beverage, Energy, Lifescience and corporate functions.

Hybrid working model • 30 days of paid vacation and a variety of flexible work schedules that allow time off for you and your family. Responsibilities

• You take ownership of complex project workstreams, combining your industry expertise with strategic analysis. You quickly grasp unfamiliar problems end-to-end and structure them efficiently to develop tailored recommendations for our clients.
• You design compelling client-ready materials and communicate insights confidently to senior customers, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
• You cultivate strong relationships with mid- to senior-level clients by understanding their needs and steering projects towards impactful outcomes.
• Through empathetic collaboration, you manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring all deliverables are cohesive and meet the highest standards.
• As a role model within the team, you mentor junior colleagues on analytical techniques and foster their growth by providing encouraging feedback and guidance.

Qualifications

• Education: You hold an exceptional Master\u2019s/Ph. D./MBA degree with several years of extensive professional experience in consulting or a related field.
• Experience and Skills: You have a strong background in strategic consulting, running multiple workstreams and leading complex analysis projects. You demonstrate excellent problem structuring skills, effectively coaching junior colleagues and ensuring zero-defect deliverables. Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ways of Working: You stand out with your independent, solution-oriented working style, empathy and ability to inspire others.
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
