Job summary

Siemens Advanta in Munich is seeking a Strategy Consulting Intern (f/m/d) for October 2026 to March 2027. You will join a dedicated project team supporting internal services through strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

You must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship, with at least four semesters completed and prior internship in strategy or consulting. Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) are required, and the role is hybrid in Germany.

Qualifications

• At least four completed semesters of Bachelor studies with excellent academic results or currently pursuing a second academic qualification (Master’s/Ph.D.)
• Minimum of one internship at a management consultancy, renowned industrial company, or start-up with a focus on strategy or involvement in a student consultancy.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships.
• Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1)
• High levels of social competence, passion and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Analysis: Examine customer requirements and conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to provide basis for decisions.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps, contributing to long-term planning.
• Specialist Interview Support: Assist with interviews and workshops, helping to facilitate discussions and share knowledge.
• Management Presentations: Prepare presentations for senior management, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendations for strategic decision making
