Siemens Advanta is seeking a Vice President / Partner Consulting (f/m/d) to guide Siemens and customers through transformation challenges, shaping agendas and roadmaps at the C-level. The role blends strategy, digitalization and technology within an entrepreneurial consulting environment to drive sustainable growth.

The position leads strategic initiatives, builds trusted executive relationships, and oversees delivery of complex programs while mentoring diverse teams.

Formación

• Extensive consulting experience (12+ years) at senior levels such as Principal/Partner or VP in top-tier firms or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record leading industrial digital transformation projects spanning strategy, implementation and value realization.
• Experience providing delivery oversight for complex transformation portfolios with governance, risk and senior stakeholder alignment.
• Trusted advisor to executive-level customers, shaping strategic agendas and roadmaps in complex corporate environments.

you will shape the future of digitalization by guiding Siemens and customers through their transformation challenges. How you will make an impact with us:

What you bring:

• Education: A Master's degree, MBA or equivalent experience from a world-class university/business school, ideally with a focus on strategic management, international business, digital transformation, or a degree related to Siemens’ core offerings, e.g. computer science, technology management, engineering.
• Experience & Skills
  • Extensive consulting experience (12+ years), with a proven track record as Principal, (Associate) Partner or VP at a top-tier strategy consultancy, or equivalent experience in corporate strategy roles.
  • Proven track record in leading industrial digital transformation projects, spanning strategy development, implementation, and value realization. Experience in People & Organization (P&O) transformation initiatives is considered a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing delivery oversight for complex transformation portfolios, ensuring successful execution, effective governance, quality, risk management, and alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Trusted advisor to executive-level customers, with the ability to shape strategic agendas, transformation roadmaps, and business-critical decisions in complex corporate environments.
  • Deep expertise in digitalization, AI-enabled transformation, and organizational change, leveraging innovative approaches to create sustainable business impact.
• Working Style
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, fostering partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Extensive experience leading international teams and actively creating an inclusive environment.
• Languages: Business-fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
